Here's a peek at the first episode of the fourth season of Anthony Bourdain's Parts Unknown: Shanghai. Bourdain starts off by saying that of all the reasons to visit China, xiao long bao — Chinese soup dumplings — are the real reason to come to Shanghai. Quote: "As they're steamed, the delicious delicious fat renders into a soup of the Gods, which then, if you're not careful, causes maximum facial damage — as it changes your life forever."
