Chef Todd English can now add drunk driving to his growing list questionable life decisions. According to the New York Post, English was arrested this past Sunday on a charge of driving while intoxicated. The chef and his girlfriend were pulled over at around 3:30 a.m. on Long Island, New York while behind the wheel of a 2011 Buick.

English allegedly admitted to "downing two glasses of wine" but apparently "refused a breathalyzer test." The chef was charged with a misdemeanor DWI and was released on $1,500 bail. English's lawyer is dismissing any possible wrong doing by the chef: "We adamantly deny the allegations levied against Mr. English and look forward to addressing this matter in a court of law."

It's been a rough year for English. The celebrity chef lost control of his New York City restaurant Olives over "his playboy antics." In 2013, the original location of his Olives restaurant in Charlestown, Mass. was seized because it was over $780,000 in debt. And, though he denies it, chef Barbara Lynch told the New York Times Magazine that English one threw a Coke bottle at her head and dumped a plate of food on her as punishment in the kitchen. Lynch added, "I learned how not to run a restaurant group from Todd English."
