Here's a preview of the premiere episode of Anthony Bourdain's Parts Unknown, Season Four. In the clip, Bourdain and his crew are in Shanghai, China at the Shouning Road night food market where he finds "the good old stuff. The China you first fell in love with." Between shots of steaming grilled oysters and deep-fried snake, Bourdain expresses his fondness for the market: "Walk down the street and look in any direction and there is something to eat. I may not know what it means immediately but chances are it's good." The episode premieres September 28 at 9 p.m. E.T. on CNN. Go, watch the clip:
