One of this fall's most anticipated new cookbooks, the third volume of documentary photographer Jeff Scott's Notes From a Kitchen series has just launched and is available now. Scott spends time in the kitchens (and in the fields) with some of this generation's most inventive chefs, including Jordan Kahn (Red Medicine, Los Angeles), Dominique Crenn (Atelier Crenn, San Francisco), Alex Stupak (Empellón, New York City), David Chang (Momofuku, New York City), Vinny Dotolo (Animal, Los Angeles), and a dozen others.
