Coming Soon: Eatella, an Eataly & Nutella Copy-Cat Bar

Prediction: Eataly's attorneys will slap a lawsuit on Eatella — a forthcoming Montreal-based Nutella bar — before Ferrero SpA, the makers of Nutella. As Eater Montreal reported, entrepreneur Ralph Khalil plans to open two Eatellas in Montreal, one in time for Christmas 2014 and another sometime next year. Hopefully he is lawyered up or not too attached to that name.

Eataly's New York and Chicago locations both have their own (company sanctioned) Nutella bars. Brooklyn may get a Nutelleria, though it doesn't appear that they have permission from Ferraro to use the name. Anyone want to go to a Choco-Hazel Bar instead?
