Watch an Energetic Service at New Orleans' Cochon

Here's a jazz-filled, energetic video by New Orleans restaurant Cochon that shows one rabbit-and-dumpling-filled service at the popular restaurant. Chef/co-owner Stephen Stryjewski provides the voice-over, explaining the restaurant's philosophy: "I don't like restaurants elevated to the idea of some 'artful palace.' Sometimes there's not a need to understand the food, sometimes you just wanna go eat really good food." There are many loving close-ups of mac-and-cheese, wood-fired oysters, and ribs (though surprisingly, no mention of Cochon's impressive charcuterie board). Go, watch:
