Chef Rachel Yang Unleashes Four Concepts in Seattle

One of Seattle's most anticipated openings of Fall 2014 debuts this weekend, offering four separate concepts under one 4,000-square-foot roof. Eater Seattle reports chefs Rachel Yang and Seif Chirchi (of Joule and Revel) are ready to unleash Trove and its four separate concepts: the hand-pulled Trove Noodle, Korean barbecue spot Trove BBQ, custard shop Trove Parfait, and the six-tap Trove Bar (which features a mural of Mt. Rainier erupting).
