najat150miamica.jpgChef Najat Kaanache — most recently of Dallas' Souk but more famously an alum of Ferran Adrià's legendary elBulli — will soon open a restaurant in Miami. Eater Miami reports Kaanache, a Basque native, will open a 200-seat "authentic Spanish" restaurant called Piripi (Spanish slang for feeling a bit tipsy). Projected opening: Fall 2014.
