Cronut king Dominique Ansel has unleashed a new creation: The Pretzel "Lobster Tail." It features a soft pretzel stuffed with buttercrunch brittle and homemade peanut butter that is rolled into a lobster tail shape so that "it can easily tear apart into perfect bite-sized segments." The whole deal is sprinkled with Maldon sea salt and served with a whipped honey brown butter.
