In the latest episode of chef and lover of Michigan Mario Batali's new Hulu show, The High Road, he spends some time with politician Christine Quinn at the New York Public Library in New York City. The duo talk about Quinn's involvement in the transformation of La Marqueta, an old market in East Harlem. While some people wanted to tear it down, Quinn helped convert it into an industrial kitchen where people can rent stoves and ovens by the hour to make food products and "launch their food careers."
