Turns out our pie-loving barbecue-eating president also really enjoys seafood. According to The Hill, Barack Obama grabbed dinner with the first lady and senior adviser Valerie Jarrett at Fiola Mare in Washington, D.C. last night.
The Georgetown restaurant, which opened this past February, is popular for its seafood and pasta dishes. The trio grabbed a "hearty Italian meal" following the inaugural U.S.-Africa Leaders Summit. When a reporter asked how the meal was, POTUS responded, "It was good." There are no details yet on what exactly he ordered, but maybe Obama loved the spaghetti with clams as much as Eater's restaurant critic Bill Addison did.
