'Hipster' Bar Snubs In-Flight Magazine's Award for Hipster Reasons

The owners of an Ottawa bar called Union Local 613 have asked a Canadian in-flight magazine to remove it from its nominations list of "Canada's Top Bars" because it didn't want to be affiliated with the contest sponsor, the decidedly non-hipster Molson-Coors. Perhaps more hilarious than Union Local's principles, however, is the Ottawa Citizen's description of the bar, "which has a new-age, foody-socialist vibe with communal seating." [OC]
