Lawsuits

bowien.jpgChef Danny Bowien has filed suit against his former NYC landlords, claiming the Lower East Side space he leased for Mission Chinese Food was not up to code. In October 2013, a mouse infestation forced Bowien and his partners to shut down the restaurant and "abandon their use of the property"; Bowien is seeking $500,000 for lost profits and for causing "immeasurable harm to [the restaurateurs'] reputations and brand."
