California chefs Traci Des Jardins and Mary Sue Milliken are the latest two chefs to enter the kitchen of Esquire TV's Knife Fight, in an episode set to air on August 12. In the clip, Des Jardins and Milliken wrestle with skate wing and yucca, with a couple cameos from guest judges like Beast chef/owner Naomi Pomeroy (who lends a hand in fish fabrication) and Eater's own Kat Odell.
