BOOK CLUB— Chef Ludo Lefebvre has announced an open call for designers interested in re-imaging the cover of his 2004 cookbook Crave. For an upcoming 10th-anniversary re-release of the book, Lefebvre is seeking a new interpretation of the cover that "should look to capture this moment in time." SAN FRANCISCO— The 2014 edition of Outside Lands, San Francisco's annual Music and Arts Festival, has added a "GastroMagic" stage in addition to its previously announced chef line-up. The "live stage show" will feature chefs like Christopher Kostow and Chris Cosentino teaming with musicians and comedians (Lewis Black and Craig Robinson among them) to combine food and performance.
