How to Take a Coffee Nap

Feeling sleepy? Don't just take a nap or drink a cup of coffee, scientists say you should do both.

Step 1: Drink a cup of coffee.
Step 2: Nap for no longer than 20 minutes.

In the time it takes to doze off, the caffeine will kick in. Once awake, you'll be less groggy than had you just napped.
