Photographer/blogger Bonjwing Lee (aka the Ulterior Epicure) recaps his eating adventures in Oslo, Norway, and the results are stunning. He made his way to Maaemo, where his meal included a duck breast roasted with birch wood, presented whole, and served with preserved pear.
