New York Times restaurant critic Pete Wells is delighted with restaurateur Drew Nieporent's latest project Bâtard, where chef Markus Glocker "has a sniper's accuracy at the stove." Over the course of three "excellent" meals, Wells marvels at the "joy in his cooking," praising the fact that "Mr. Glocker has many things to say, and he says them clearly and with charm."
