Behold the Multiple Concepts Inside SLS Las Vegas

The hotly anticipated SLS Las Vegas — the newest resort on the Las Vegas Strip — officially debuted over the weekend, bringing with it several restaurant concepts from the SBE portfolio: José Andrés's steakhouse Bazaar Meat, a new location of Katsuya by Starck, and outposts of Los Angeles staples 800 Degrees Neapolitan Pizzeria and Umami Burger among them. Eater Vegas is rolling out massive looks inside each massive space: Andrés's 13,000-square-foot Bazaar Meat boasts what designers are calling "the world's longest dining table," while Katsuya by Starck's floor plan was inspired by a bento box. The property is now home to eight restaurants, three nightclubs, and several bars.
