Green Bay Packers' New Stadium Menu Blurs Line Between Revolting and Genius

New, 1 comment

Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin is now home to some seriously questionable, probably delicious snacks. There's a genitalia-invoking dish called the "Horse Collar" that features a 22-inch kielbasa, beer cheese, and fried sauerkraut ($20), something called "Bratchos" which has house-made potato chips, more beer cheese sauce, more fried sauerkraut, and bratwurst pieces ($12). And for dessert, after all those sausage creations, there's the seemingly waistline-friendly option of a doughnut ice cream sandwich. The chef who created the dishes tells the Los Angeles Times: "Just about everything is over 1,000 calories each." Expandable sweat pants it is.
