Food & Wine magazine's long-stewing New York City Chef's Club — which will host pop-up restaurants by visiting chefs throughout the year — is finally moving forward. Grub Street reports that F&W editor-in-chief Dana Cowin has already named the first four visiting chefs: Colorado's Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson (Frasca Food and Wine), Portland's Gabriel Rucker (Le Pigeon), Atlanta's Linton Hopkins (Holeman & Finch), and newfound Minneapolis resident Erik Anderson (who's currently working on his new concept, Brut).

The Chef's Club is a NYC spinoff of the magazine's tony Aspen version, and last fall, co-founder Stephane De Baets told the New York Times that he hoped "New York will be our flagship for what we hope will eventually be a global enterprise."
