Chefs Ferran Adrià, Dominique Crenn, and More Will Give Talks at Harvard This Fall

Harvard's Science & Cooking lecture series returns this Fall and the line up is impressive. According to Eater Boston, chef and gluten-free pasta savant Mark Ladner, former White House pastry chef Bill Yosses, chef Daniel Humm (Eleven Madison Park) will all give talks. Spanish chef Ferran Adrià will also participate with a talk on "Decoding the Creative Process," while chef Dominique Crenn (Atelier Crenn) is on board to speak about the "Metamorphosis of Taste." The lectures take place on Monday nights between September 8 and December 1. They are free and open to the public. Head over to Eater Boston for a look at the full line-up.
