Harvard's Science & Cooking lecture series returns this Fall and the line up is impressive. According to Eater Boston, chef and gluten-free pasta savant Mark Ladner, former White House pastry chef Bill Yosses, chef Daniel Humm (Eleven Madison Park) will all give talks. Spanish chef Ferran Adrià will also participate with a talk on "Decoding the Creative Process," while chef Dominique Crenn (Atelier Crenn) is on board to speak about the "Metamorphosis of Taste."
