Eataly's Fourth Birthday Bash; Nobu's 20th Anniversary

NEW YORK CITY— Italian food emporium Eataly will celebrate its fourth anniversary in NYC with a rooftop party on September 4, promising an all-you-can-eat menu of the store's "greatest hits." In addition to passed appetizers, beer, and wine, Eatlay will serve pasta, seafood, cheese, and other entrees from stations situated around its La Birreria beer garden; "seating will be communal, like a big Italian family." Tickets are $180 and available here. [EaterWire]

VARIOUS LOCATIONS— To celebrate the 20th anniversary of its opening in NYC, all outposts of Nobu will serve a one-off omakase menu on September 17. The "20 Years in 20 Bites" dinner offers exactly what it sounds like — five courses each featuring four "bites" culled from menus over the past two decades. Reservations are $120; more information here. [EaterWire]

NEW YORK— A stone's throw away from NYC, Westchester County will once again play host to the Southern Westchester Food & Wine Festival, scheduled for September 19 to 21, 2014. Among the events: An opening "Chef Battle" featuring Rocco Dispirito and Graham Elliot, a Grand Tasting Village, and more. [EaterWire]
