Watch Chef David Chang & Jimmy Fallon Slay Hot Wings

Chef David Chang stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to talk about Momofuku's expansion to DC and to make a batch of chicken wings. Chang then challenged host Jimmy Fallon to a hot wing eating contest. Trash-talking ensues, Fallon has a moment of regret ("Why am I doing this? Why am I torturing myself? This is my show!"), and secret ingredients are revealed: Chang whips out a bottle of Thai Bird's Eye chili oil and Fallon reveals a massive syringe filled with Scotch Bonnet puree.
