Tom's Restaurant, made famous by Seinfeld, is being sued because it's not handicap-accessible, reports the New York Post. A local resident, Carolyn Coleman, is seeking $30,000 in damages and a court order that would force Tom's to remodel in order to meet current codes. When a manager at Tom's was asked if the place would renovate he answered: "Maybe. Someday." [NYP via Eater NY]
