The book will also cover "restaurant culture in the United States" over the past 50 years," and will trace the evolution of "today's hyper-competitive food world." There is no word on a release date yet.
Finally, Jeffrey Yoskowitz and Liz Alpern, the founders of The Gefilteria — a speciality foods purveyor based in Brooklyn, New York — have landed a cookbook deal.
