Now You Can Become a Doctor of Chocolate

Cambridge University is seeking a PhD student for their new multi-disciplinary program on chocolate. The candidate "will investigate the factors which allow chocolate, which has a melting point close to that of the human body, to remain solid and retain qualities sought by consumers when it is stored and sold in warm climates." A world-saving mission, to say the least. Unfortunately, only residents of the UK are invited to apply. [via Time]
