Yet-another legal/legislative decision could prove helpful for fast-food workers protesting for a living wage: State lawmakers in California have passed SB 610, which amends the state's current requirements and conditions for owners of franchises like McDonald's. The bill is expected to pass in the California senate. [Time] [Photo]
