Food. Curated. takes a look at The Bent Spoon, an ice cream shop in Princeton, New Jersey. The owners explain that they make "small batch artisan ice cream and sorbet" always from scratch. The shop sells nearly 500 different flavors — including lavender mascarpone and coffee cookie — in rotation.
