What would you rather drink, the "Williamsburg" (containing "credit card, American Apparel, kale chips, kombucha, microbrew, quinoa, agave") or the "Tourism" ("Starbucks coffee, cheap sunglasses, Metrocard, hotel soap, cupcake, cheesecake, Cronut")? A NYC art installation asks these deep questions, in the form of a refrigerator case containing fake smoothies that serve "as a portrait of a different contemporary lifestyle." The project, by artist Josh Kline, is called Skittles.
