Apparently, Mission Chinese chef and owner Danny Bowien puts a lot of thought into his appearance, according to a new style feature in The New York Times. Quote: "After I moved [to NYC]... Uniqlo... asked if I wanted to model for them. I was like, sure! It was surreal seeing yourself on the side of a bus; all my cooks would take pictures and make fun of me.
