Day three of Eater's Hottest Piece of Meat in America continues. Voting in Round 2 of the Smörgåsbord bracket is now closed. Say goodbye to lamb chops, sweetbreads, meatloaf and turkey legs. Now onto round three of the Smörgåsbord bracket: Gyros vs foie gras; and then fried chicken vs chicken wings (admittedly very similar, but also very different).
