Round 1 of voting in the Pork bracket of Eater's Hottest Piece of Meat in America is now closed. The results: carnitas (the #13 seed) beat out pulled pork (#4) by a mere two votes; bacon beat porchetta; and poor Canadian bacon got clobbered by spare ribs. Now onto round two of the Pork Bracket. Polls close 24 hours from now; happy voting:

Update: Voting is now closed, on the Round 3.
