Watch Dominique Ansel School Average People on Basic Pastry Terms

Here's a video of random people on the streets of New York City flubbing hard when asked to define common pastry terms. One man believes ganache is a "measurement for flour back in the 1500s" while more than a few people confuse fondant for fondue. Luckily, Cronut king/pastry whiz Dominique Ansel is on hand to straighten things out. Go, watch:
