Day two of Eater's Hottest Piece of Meat in America continues. Voting in Round 1 of the Smörgåsbord bracket is now closed, and brands took a pounding: foie gras beat out Spam, meatloaf beat out the McRib, gyros beat out Pink Slime, and the dark horse that is sweetbreads crushed Taco Bell's mystery "taco meat filling."
