Chef and restaurateur Tom Douglas (Dahlia Bakery, Lola) has officially opened a cooking school in Seattle. Called Hot Stove Society, it features "32 butcher block stations for students, plus six gas stovetops with 24 burners, and a long demonstration counter with video cameras and screens for close-up views."
