Farang, the Vice-produced documentary about Pok Pok (Portland, NYC) chef Andy Ricker can now be viewed in full online. The film — which was shot across Chiang Mai, Portland, and NYC — takes a look at how how Ricker turned a "25 year obsession" with Thai food into a successful restaurant empire. In about an hour, it traces Ricker's story from childhood to May 2013, where he was preparing to open his sixth restaurant, Sen Yai in Portland, Oregon. Go, make a batch of sticky rice and watch:
