Illinois' Democratic state representative Thaddeus Jones and his political committees have expensed a total of $8,800 spent at Hooters since '09, reports the Chicago SunTimes. House Republican Leader Jim Durkin's political committee spent a total of $158 at Hooters last month. When asked about the charges, he said: "I can guarantee you it wasn't me...
