Apparently all one has to do to learn Aaron Franklin's top secret brisket technique is to make a popular film. Actor/director Jon Favreau — who recently made the film Chef — admitted on reddit all it takes is a "salt and pepper rub" and cooking it "low and slow" for 13 hours.
