While many chefs across the country are going tasting menu only, DC chef RJ Cooper, of Rogue 24, plans to soon offer an à-la-carte option, reports Washingtonian. Cooper says the neighborhood is asking for it: "[It's] changed into this tremendously young, urban community who don't want to spend two or three hours dining.
