Chef Elena Reygadas of Rosetta in Mexico City has been named Latin America's Best Female Chef 2014 by the World's 50 Best. Reygadas is known for her "signature handmade pasta." In 2012, she opened Panadería Rosetta, a bakery serving artisan breads. [World's 50 Best][Photo]
