In response to one restaurant's assertion that diners' use of smartphones slows down service, USA Today chats with several restaurateurs to see how the technology has impacted business. Most chefs complained less about service times and more about reviews posted on social media. Says one: "They think 'you don't know me, so I can blast you, but I would never say it in front of your face.' That's what hurts the most." [USA Today]
