NYC dessert bar ChikaLicious has announced major expansion plans in the United States, starting with its first non-Manhattan restaurant in a nearby location: Brooklyn (obviously). Eater NY reports the 11-year-old brand is planning an outpost in a new Williamsburg hotel, with the location acting as the "origin of the national rollout of ChikaLicious."
