This week, Eater's Senior Critic Robert Sietsema reviewed former Top Chef contestent Ilan Hall's New York City location of his LA restaurant The Gorbals. Seitsema is unimpressed: "Another failure was a clear soup of fermented celery broth ($6)... the components were pleasant enough and painstakingly executed, but the dish left you wondering, 'Why?'"
