A man in New York state is suing Starbucks and Oprah Winfrey, claiming Starbucks employees spiked his cup of Oprah Chai Tea with heroin, among other drugs. As TMZ points out, the plaintiff's tea "was allegedly spiked six months before Oprah Chai tea even debuted" in Starbucks cafes (lol), but he's still seeking $15 million in damages. [TMZ]
