CHICAGO— Chefs Graham Elliot and Homaro Cantu (Moto) will go head-to-head in the latest installment of Yusho restaurant's recurring "Ramen Battle." On August 24, each chef will prepare a bowl of ramen to their liking, with diners invited to vote for the evening's best.
