The Chicago location of Italian food emporium Eataly is ostensibly "dedicated" to Ernest Hemingway. So to (belatedly) celebrate the late-author's birthday, Eataly Chicago pastry chef Katia Delogu will out free slices of a 110-pound, "Hemingway-inspired" cake later this afternoon.
