American Opens Alabama-Style Barbecue Restaurant in Korea

A chef believes that American barbecue is good for the Seoul: Korea is already known for its barbecue but that hasn't stopped Linus Kim, a Korean American, from opening an Alabama-style barbecue place in Seoul. He believes that "Koreans will love American barbecue because they are adventurous eaters who consume animal parts such as chicken gizzards."
