Chefs Ludo Lefebvre, Jon Shook, and Vinny Dotolo are finally opening their hotly anticipated Los Angeles restaurant Petit Trois. Dotolo and Shook are also behind the popular LA restaurants Animal and Son of a Gun. According to Eater LA, it will be adjacent to its sister restaurant Trois Mec — also owned by the chefs — and the menu will feature "French bistro fare, with some American inflections." This means dishes like beef tartare, roasted chicken, and Burgundy escargot. The restaurant will have a full liquor license, but no tables; 21 bar stools line the perimeter. Pending final permits, Petit Trois will begin serving the public this week. Head over to Eater LA to check out photos of the stunning space.
