Eater's Senior Critic Robert Sietsema treks out to Jackson Heights in NYC this week to review Bella Puebla, a "Pueblan restaurant with the most complete menu in the city." Sietsema is a fan of the "tacos arabes ("Arab tacos"). Consisting of a grilled flour tortilla rolled around a filling of pork al pastor," they "were introduced to the city of Puebla by Iraqi immigrants in the 1930s who used pitas, yogurt, and... mutton to create a Mexican pita sandwich."
